Job Description
We are looking for an experienced UDISE Clerk with 4–5 years of experience in handling UDISE-related work in a reputed school. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of school documentation, student data management, and compliance with education department guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update all UDISE+ data accurately and within the prescribed timelines.
- Ensure timely submission of UDISE reports and maintain compliance with government regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, staff details, infrastructure, and other school-related information.
- Coordinate with the Principal, Administrative Office, and Education Department for UDISE-related activities.
- Verify and reconcile student and staff data before uploading to the UDISE portal.
- Maintain digital and physical records of all UDISE documents and reports.
- Assist in preparing data for inspections, audits, and government verification.
- Generate reports as required by school management and education authorities.
- Handle correspondence related to UDISE and other statutory school records.
- Support the administration team in maintaining school databases and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all school records.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4–5 years of experience as a UDISE Clerk or in a similar role in a school.
- Strong knowledge of the UDISE+ Portal and education department procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and data entry.
- Good understanding of school administration and record management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling student admissions, school records, and government compliance.
- Knowledge of education board documentation (CBSE/State Board) will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
