Sales & Lead Management
- Generate and handle walk-in, digital, and channel partner leads
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and client follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable units
- Achieve monthly and quarterly booking targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners
- Address customer queries related to pricing, payment plans, approvals, and possession
- Provide after-sales support until agreement registration
Booking & Documentation
- Coordinate booking forms, KYC documents, and customer agreements
- Assist in agreement to sell, sale deed coordination, and registration process
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and project teams
- Support collections, demand letters, and milestone follow-ups
- Ensure smooth handover of booked units to CRM team
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor projects, pricing, and schemes
- Maintain daily sales reports, CRM entries, and lead tracking
- Participate in site events, launches, and promotional activities
