Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Hardware Design Engineer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing embedded hardware solutions for high-volume products. The ideal candidate should have expertise in electronic circuit design, PCB layout, prototype development, debugging, EMC/EMI compliance, and manufacturing support.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop embedded electronic hardware for new product development.
Perform electronic circuit modeling and simulation using PSpice.
Design multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer and Cadence.
Select electronic components based on design requirements and cost optimization.
Perform design calculations and validate hardware designs.
Develop and verify analog and digital circuits.
Design power supply circuits, including AC-DC and DC-DC converters.
Develop microcontroller-based embedded hardware solutions.
Assemble prototypes, perform bring-up, debugging, and functional verification.
Support manufacturing during prototype and production stages.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners for component sourcing and production.
Conduct EMC and EMI testing and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Prepare technical documentation, schematics, BOMs, test reports, and design guidelines.
Collaborate with global and regional engineering teams across multiple functions.
