We are hiring enthusiastic and compassionate Kannada-speaking Customer Support Executives for our NGO process. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The role involves interacting with supporters over the phone, providing information about NGO initiatives, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Communicate with supporters in Kannada (with manageable English).
Explain NGO campaigns and respond to customer queries.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
Provide a positive and empathetic customer experience.
Hiring – Telecaller (Kannada Campaign)
Role: Tele calling – Kannada language
Qualification: 10th / PUC / Degree
Fixed timings 9 AM to 6 PM (9 hours shift)
6 days working and Sunday fixed off
Age Limit: Below 30
Salary (CTC):- 18000/-
Kannada Fluent and English Manageable
Immediate joiners perferred.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
