Around 5 - 8+ years of experience in the IT industry
5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Platform Developing and administration experience for large engagement. (ITSM, ITOM, Custom Apps)
Stakeholders, Product Owner, Platform architect level Interactions for platform configurations and troubleshooting discussions.
Customization experience with ITSM, Service Catalogs, Discovery and Custom Applications
