Job Description:
The person will be responsible for driving and executing all marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on events, industry partnerships, and brand visibility.
This is an individual contributor role, requiring a hands-on approach to planning, coordination, and execution across multiple external stakeholders including event organizers, agencies, and media partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event & Industry Presence
Identify and evaluate relevant industry expos, conferences, and forums within the solar/renewable energy space Manage end-to-end participation including registrations, branding, logistics, and on-ground coordination.
Ability to research, evaluate, and prioritize where the company should participate vs. where not to, based on business relevance and ROI
Ensure maximum brand visibility through strategic placements, speaking opportunities, and listings.
Track and report effectiveness and outcomes of participation
2. Partnerships & Media
Develop and manage relationships with industry magazines, publications, and media platforms
Leverage existing industry contacts and relationships with media houses and platforms Drive opportunities for brand features, advertisements, and editorial coverage
Explore and onboard new platforms to enhance industry presence and recall
3. Agency & Vendor Coordination
Work closely with external agencies, event partners, and vendors.
Strong price negotiation and commercial management skills for events, media, and partnerships.
Ensure timely delivery of creatives, branding material, and campaign requirements
Monitor quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
4. Marketing Execution
Execute marketing initiatives aligned with business goals and leadership direction
Maintain a structured marketing calendar covering events, campaigns, and partnerships Coordinate internally with relevant teams for inputs and alignment
5. Brand Management
Ensure consistent and professional brand representation across all external platforms Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning within the renewable energy ecosystem.
Key Requirements
Experience: 6–8 years in marketing, with strong exposure to event management and partnerships
Industry Requirement: Mandatory experience in Solar / Renewable Energy sector Communication: Strong command over written and spoken English is essential
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for events, expos, and industry engagements Ability to work independently in a single-person team structure
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Ability to research and take independent decisions on event participation strategy Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Prior experience working with magazines/media houses Existing industry contacts and relationships preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
