Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in preparing HR documents (offer letters, contracts, policies)
- Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support
- Support performance management and training initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR functions
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
