MGCO Legal is a growing legal and corporate consulting firm providing legal, compliance, taxation, and business advisory services across India. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate quality leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the firm's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
- Connect with business owners, founders, HR professionals, startups, MSMEs and corporate decision-makers.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain daily lead reports and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and client outreach.
- B2B Sales / Business Development experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive.
