- Oversee the implementation and management of the organization's CRM system.
- Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and strategies based on customer insights.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
