Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate onboarding coordination, HR documentation and reporting, training coordination, employee engagement activities, and exit process support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per hiring requirements.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate recruitment assessments.
- Schedule HR, technical, managerial, and final interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring consultancies and job portals.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain recruitment reports, HR documentation, and employee records.
- Assist in training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and HR activities.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- MBA (HR) is mandatory.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and screening techniques.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment timelines.
