Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, long-term hiring strategies that align with organizational goals and growth plans.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the in-house recruiting team, providing training on new sourcing techniques and interviewing best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific team needs, write accurate job descriptions, and advise on candidate selection.
- Candidate Sourcing: Drive creative sourcing initiatives—including job boards, social media campaigns, career fairs, and networking events—to build robust talent pools for current and future needs.
- Metrics & Analytics: Monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) to identify bottlenecks and improve overall hiring efficiency.
- Candidate Experience & Branding: Enhance our employer brand and ensure a seamless, positive experience for all candidates from the initial application through the onboarding process.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant labor legislation, diversity/inclusion standards, and internal hiring policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience ([e.g., 3-5+] years) as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar HR/Recruiting leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team of recruiters.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a knack for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and fair hiring practices
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
