ROLE: PAID ADS SPECIALIST We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Paid Ads Specialist who lives and breathes social media advertising. You will be managing and optimizing ad campaigns for our foreign clients across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and potentially Google, TikTok, and more. ---
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Write compelling ad copy and work with creatives to produce high-performing ads - Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for best results - Analyze data, generate reports, and communicate results clearly - Research target audiences and build precise audience segments - Stay updated with the latest ad platform changes and trends ---
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (any level welcome) - Basic understanding of ad metrics - CTR, ROAS, CPM, CPC - Strong analytical mindset - you make decisions based on data - Good written English communication (clients are international) - Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently - Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Canva ---
