Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with fire safety norms and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular inspection of fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, sprinklers, and emergency systems.
Develop and implement fire prevention policies and SOPs.
Coordinate mock drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and firefighting training.
Ensure compliance with Factory Act, EHS standards, PPE requirements, and safety protocols.
Conduct daily plant safety inspections and hazard identification activities.
Prepare HIRA/JSA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment / Job Safety Analysis).
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective actions.
Monitor contractor safety and work permit systems.
Conduct safety induction programs for employees, trainees, and contractors.
Organize toolbox talks and periodic safety awareness sessions.
Promote safety culture and employee participation in EHS initiatives.
Lead emergency response during fire or industrial incidents.
Maintain MSDS records, incident reports, audit reports, and statutory documentation.
Support internal and external safety audits.
Ensure safe housekeeping practices across plant premises.
Monitor safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
Coordinate health check-ups and occupational health initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
