Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Designer – Branding & Advertising to join a premium real estate developer. The candidate will be responsible for developing impactful visual communication, branding materials and advertising creatives that reflect the company’s premium brand image across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for real estate branding and marketing campaigns.
- Create social media creatives, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees and presentations.
- Design branding materials for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop campaign creatives aligned with brand guidelines and project positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales and management teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Create visually appealing layouts, typography, illustrations and graphic elements.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
- Work on multiple projects and meet creative deadlines.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors and external agencies for production requirements.
- Review final artwork and ensure accuracy before publishing or printing.
- Stay updated with current design, branding and advertising trends.
- Support the marketing team with creative ideas for launches, events and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills
✅ Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
✅ Excellent graphic design and visual communication skills
✅ Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour, layout and composition
✅ Experience in real estate branding and advertising will be preferred
✅ Creative thinking and strong conceptualization skills
✅ Good knowledge of digital and print design
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
✅ Good communication and team collaboration skills
✅ Portfolio showcasing branding and advertising work is mandatory/preferred
