Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates interested in building a career in estimation, quantity surveying, and construction costing.
The trainee will assist the estimation team in preparing BOQs, quantity calculations, cost analysis, and project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project estimations and BOQs
- Support quantity take-off from drawings
- Coordinate with project and procurement teams
- Maintain estimation records and reports
- Assist in material and cost calculations
- Learn project costing and tender documentation
- Support daily estimation department activities
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements
- Familiarity with MS Excel and AutoCAD is an advantage
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the estimation field
