Baimudan Café is a specialty coffee shop and tea studio, dedicated to creating unique experiences around coffee and tea. We roast our coffee in-house and take pride in serving carefully crafted brews to our guests.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista who understands the art and science of coffee. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of specialty coffee, hands-on brewing skills, and an appreciation for tea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and tea beverages.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with precision.
- Maintain consistency in coffee and tea preparation while meeting café standards.
- Educate customers about our coffee origins, brewing methods, and tea selections.
- Support in-house coffee roasting and maintain knowledge of different roasts and flavor profiles.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the café workspace.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista in a specialty coffee setup preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, AeroPress, etc.) and tea preparation.
- Passion for coffee, tea, and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
