Key Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance on AC units, ventilation fans, and refrigeration systems.
- Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems promptly to minimize guest disruption.
- Guest Service: Respond quickly to, and resolve, maintenance requests regarding room temperature or noise from HVAC units.
- System Operation: Monitor and operate chillers, cooling towers, and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of repairs, inspections, and energy usage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety codes, including OSHA standard
Pay: ₹15,492.18 - ₹22,088.17 per month
