Job Description
- Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical equipment.
- Ensure maximum plant availability with minimum downtime.
- Maintain pumps, compressors, reactors, heat exchangers, tanks, boilers, thermic fluid heaters, cooling towers, chillers, and piping systems.
- Lead the mechanical maintenance team and contractors safely and efficiently.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Plan shutdowns, manage spare parts, and control maintenance costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory requirements, and maintenance SOPs.
- Maintain maintenance records, KPIs (MTBF, MTTR), and prepare periodic reports.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
