About the Role
We are hiring an AI Lead Generation Specialist who understands digital marketing and can use AI-powered tools to identify, research, qualify and engage potential customers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable combining AI, digital marketing, prospecting and data research to create a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies using AI and digital channels.
- Identify potential customers through LinkedIn, Google, social media, business directories and other online platforms.
- Use AI tools to research companies, decision-makers and prospects.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on ICP and business requirements.
- Use AI to personalize cold emails, LinkedIn messages and other outreach campaigns.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, industry and decision-making authority.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize lead-generation strategies.
- Maintain lead databases and CRM records.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Research competitors and identify new potential markets.
Must-Have Skills
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online customer acquisition.
- Knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing

- B2B Marketing
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for research, content generation, prospecting or automation.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting.
- Strong research, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Tools
Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM or similar tools will be an advantage.
