We invite applications from Law Graduates to work in corporate transactions side in our office located at Race Course, Coimbatore. Core assignments will be drafting of contracts, sale agreement, title deeds, follow up cases in District Courts, High Court, NCLT, etc., and IPR matters (especially trademarks).
Pay: from Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month during first six months, later, depending on performance regular salary will be given.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or higher (LL.M).
- College of Preference: School of Excellence (SOEL), Chennai and Sastra University, Tanjore.
- [1–3+] years of relevant legal experience (can be tailored for entry or mid-level roles).
- Bar Council Enrolment is required
- Interest in corporate law, contract law, civil Law, IPR, arbitration and other regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to search for and use citations
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
