Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors.
- Monitor daily site progress and update management.
- Ensure work execution as per drawings and approved plans.
- Assist Project Manager in planning and scheduling activities.
2. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report).
- Prepare and track BOQ, work orders, and site bills.
- Maintain material inward/outward records.
- Keep proper documentation of site expenses and approvals.
- Ensure proper filing of drawings and revisions.
3. Billing & Commercial Support
- Assist in preparation and verification of running bills.
- Coordinate for client billing and vendor payments.
- Track pending bills and payment status.
4. Material & Resource Coordination
- Coordinate material requirements with the purchase department.
- Monitor material consumption and avoid wastage.
- Ensure timely availability of manpower and machinery.
5. Client & Internal Communication
- Act as a link between site team and management.
- Attend site meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Ensure compliance with client requirements.
6. Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure work is executed as per quality standards.
- Coordinate with safety team for site safety compliance.
- Assist in resolving site issues promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Knowledge of billing, BOQ, and site coordination.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
