Key Responsibilities:
Handle PSF (Post Service Feedback) Calls to customers.
Coordinate and manage the vehicle delivery process.
Maintain customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
Update customer details and feedback in the system.
Coordinate with the Sales & Service team for smooth delivery.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Any Degree
Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Customer handling skills
