Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, statutory compliance, payroll support, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection
- Coordinate manpower requisitions with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct joining formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Create and maintain employee personnel files.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employee records and HR databases.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Issue HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and relieving letters.
- Update employee information in HRMS.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Collect and verify payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and leave data.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for accurate salary processing.
- Assist employees regarding salary, benefits, and deductions.
- Support administration of employee benefits and welfare programs.
5. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Promote employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
- Support implementation of employee welfare initiatives.
6. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation and performance review processes.
- Maintain performance appraisal records.
- Follow up on appraisal completion and documentation.
7. Training & Development
- Identify training requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training attendance and effectiveness records.
8. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
- Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers and reports.
9. HR Reporting & MIS
- Generate monthly HR reports and dashboards.
- Maintain records related to headcount, attrition, recruitment, and training.
- Provide HR analytics and management information as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
