Urgent Hiring – Commie (1, 2 & 3)
Location: Mumbai Airport & Navi Mumbai Airport
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as per standard recipes.
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
- Work efficiently during peak service hours.
Requirements
- Fresher and Experience as Commie 1, Commie 2, or Commie 3 in hotels, restaurants, catering, airport kitchens, or cloud kitchens.
- Knowledge of Continental, Indian, Tandoor, cold kitchen or Hot Kitchen operations preferred.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
