We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with experience in Fire Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting Systems, and Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA) Systems to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM models for Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, and PAVA systems.
- Prepare coordinated 3D models, shop drawings, and installation drawings using BIM software.
- Coordinate with MEP disciplines and resolve clashes through BIM coordination.
- Generate BIM deliverables, including layouts, sections, schedules, and as-built drawings.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in ELV/Fire & Life Safety systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, and PAVA systems.
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
