Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales is preferred
Role & Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers over phone calls
- Generate and qualify leads
- Understand customer requirements and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Gujarati
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
