Senior Aluminium Fabricator / Production Lead – Facade & Windows

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced aluminium fabricators who can take full responsibility for production of façade systems and windows after project award.
This is not just a fabrication role — the candidate will be responsible for executing production as per project schedules, drawings, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibility (Core Expectation)
After project award, you will be responsible to:
Plan → Execute → Deliver fabrication as per project schedule
Key Responsibilities
Execute fabrication of:
Aluminium windows (sliding / casement)
Curtain wall systems
Unitized façade panels
Understand project drawings and production requirements
Plan daily/weekly production based on project schedule
Ensure production targets are met without delay
Coordinate with:
Design team (drawings)
Procurement team (materials)
Site team (dispatch requirements)
Maintain quality standards and dimensional accuracy
Monitor fabrication process:
Cutting
Assembly
Hardware fixing
Sealant work
Ensure proper handling and finishing of materials
Required Experience
4–10 years experience in aluminium fabrication
Must have handled:
Windows production
Curtain wall / unitized systems
Experience in factory production planning is mandatory
Must-Have Skills
- Ability to read fabrication drawings independently
- Experience in managing fabrication work end-to-end
- Understanding of profiles, accessories, and hardware
- Knowledge of production sequence and workflow
- Strong responsibility mindset
Preferred (High Impact)
Experience in unitized panel fabrication
Experience handling project-based production schedules
Ability to guide junior fabricators
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
