The HR & Administration Executive/Manager is responsible for managing the company's human resources and administrative functions. This role includes recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, office administration, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource (HR)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate employee hiring.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll and salary processing.
- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Organize staff training and development programs.
- Ensure implementation of company HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, and office support staff.
- Maintain office assets, furniture, and equipment.
- Handle stationery, office supplies, and vendor management.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repair work.
- Manage office utility bills and administrative expenses.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Organize meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain office records and documentation.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and maintain compliance records.
- Renew company licenses and registrations as required.
Required Qualification
- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR)
- BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate with HR specialization
- Relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Executive: 1–3 years
- Manager: 2–4 years
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Food Processing, or Supermarket industry preferred.
