We are seeking an experienced Branch Head to lead the strategic direction, operational performance, and profitability of our Kottayam, and Kollam Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Act as primary leader for the branch team. Manage, mentor, and develop staff.
- Operations: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch. Financial: Own P&L. Handle financial targets, budgets, and drive profitability.
- Customer Service: Drive customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
- Compliance: Ensure the branch complies with all corporate policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduation Required Bcom, BBA.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record meeting sales & profit targets.
- Service Field Experience Required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
