Generate new sales leads and follow up with potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers whenever required.
Follow up on sales opportunities and ensure timely closure.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification: Any graduation, BBA or MBA preferred.
Graduate : Yes
Experience: Fresher or 2-3 years in a similar role or in industries related to online marketing.
Freshers can apply. Experience in sales/customer handling will be an advantage.
