Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review curriculum to ensure academic excellence.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Provide strategic leadership for academic programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management on academic planning and institutional growth.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Performing Arts.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Dance and Music education
- Strong expertise in Tala, academic leadership, and curriculum planning
- Malayalam & English language proficiency is mandatory.
