Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming customers, managing the front desk, handling inquiries, directing visitors to the appropriate department, and ensuring a professional and pleasant customer experience. The role also includes basic administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls promptly.
- Register customer enquiries and maintain visitor records.
- Guide customers to the Sales, Service, or Spare Parts department as required.
- Coordinate customer appointments and follow-up schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Maintain customer databases and update records accurately..
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Experience in customer service or front office is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and data entry).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
