Location: Nelliparamb, Mattathur, Kodakara (Work from Owner's Home)

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company from the beginning. Since the company is currently in its startup phase, the work will be carried out from the owner's home office located in Nelliparamb, Mattathur, Kodakara.
The ideal candidate should have experience creating realistic interior and exterior 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for interior and exterior projects.
- Develop design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 3D walkthroughs, perspectives, and presentation images.
- Produce detailed 3D models using 3ds Max and SketchUp.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure designs meet project requirements.
- Revise designs based on feedback and project changes.
- Maintain organized project files and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and SketchUp.
- Experience in interior and exterior 3D designing.
- Knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer is an advantage.
- Good understanding of design principles, materials, lighting, and space planning.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines.
