About the Role
Celso Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and energetic Fabric & Trims Sourcing Executive to join our product development team. The role involves extensive travel to fabric markets, mills, and suppliers to source fabrics and trims, develop new materials, and ensure timely procurement for sampling and production.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel regularly to fabric markets, mills, and supplier locations across India.
- Source fabrics and trims as per design and product development requirements.
- Develop a strong network of fabric mills, traders, converters, and trim suppliers.
- Identify new fabrics, washes, prints, and trims for seasonal collections.
- Collect fabric swatches, sample yardages, and trim options for the design team.
- Coordinate fabric and trim developments with suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, and bulk material availability.
- Work closely with the Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production teams.
- Maintain sourcing records, supplier database, and material libraries.
- Stay updated on new fabric innovations, market trends, and sourcing opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in fabric and trims sourcing for the apparel industry.
- Good knowledge of woven and knitted fabrics, garment trims, dyeing, printing, and finishing.
- Familiarity with major fabric markets and mills across India.
- Willingness to travel frequently for supplier visits and material sourcing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic sourcing documentation.
