Roles & Responsibilities:
Operational Management:Overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring smooth business processes.
Policy and Claim Management:Processing insurance applications, handling policy documents, managing renewals and cancellations, and processing claims.
Policy Administration & Login Process: Assist clients with the onboarding process, from gathering KYC documents and filling out application forms to logging into the insurer's portal.
Customer Service:Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document Management: Uploading and tracking the status of KYC or claims forms
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analysing data related to policies, claims, and customer satisfaction, and preparing reports.
Insurance Knowledge: Insurance Domain Knowledge is must.
Excel & Advance Excel :Should Know Advance EXCEL.
Insurance Domain :Prior Knowledge of insurance industry is must.
Essential Knowledge Areas
- Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of various insurance products, riders, and limits.
- Underwriting Rules: Knowledge of what makes a risk acceptable or requires a higher premium.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
