We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT sales and web development services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing end-to-end sales activities, building client relationships, and closing deals for web and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound/inbound sales activities.
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable web development and IT service solutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams for proposal creation and requirement gathering.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and regular follow-ups with prospects.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills:
- Experience in IT Sales and Business Development.
- Strong understanding of Web Development Services and IT solutions.
- Expertise in Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and Deal Closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes independently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
