₹6–12 LPA for engineering, pre-sales, and channel & partner (2–4+ years experience); ₹8–12 LPA for Legal Officer (15+ years); ₹6–10 LPA for Corporate Finance Manager (5+ years). We're not gatekeeping on degrees, we need a curious, innovative mind for the technical roles, a proven courtroom track record for Legal, a real track record of closing capital for Finance, and a real track record of hitting a channel number for Partnerships. The two immediate-joining roles — e-Office / e-HRMS Support Engineer (4 openings, ₹3.6 LPA CTC, 2+ years, B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. IT) and Senior System Administrator / DBA (5+ years, ₹7.5–8 LPA) — need real NIC / government e-Governance environment experience, as do the five other Delhi-based government-IT roles below: Business Analyst, Android Developer, iOS Developer, Performance Tester, and QA Tester (₹4.8–8.4 LPA CTC, 3–5+ years, stated degree qualifications).
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in IT, Government consulting or e-Governance projects. You should have a B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification, with an MBA/PGDM in IT Systems, Public Policy, Operations or a related field being an added advantage. The ideal candidate has strong experience in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, business process mapping, AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, gap analysis and process reengineering, along with preparing BRD, FRS, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, DPRs, Concept Notes, RFPs/RFQs and technical evaluation criteria. You should be experienced in coordinating with Government/Ministry officials, development and QA teams, supporting UAT, tracking project deliverables, risks and issue resolution, and aligning solutions with MeitY standards, Digital India policies and e-Governance frameworks. Proficiency in MS Visio, Draw.io, JIRA, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint, along with knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, India Stack, Digital Public Infrastructure, data privacy, security and accessibility standards, is required. CBAP/CCBA, Agile or Digital Transformation certifications will be an added advantage.
Most engineers spend their career shipping features for someone else's roadmap. Here, you'll work on systems with real operating history and real stakes: a mail platform securing 50M+ mailboxes at 99.9% uptime, an on-premises AI platform built for data sovereignty, government infrastructure that can't fail quietly. You'll be led by a founder who personally architected the core protocol stack (IMAP, SMTP, POP, anti-spam) this company still runs on, and who chairs the global body writing the standards for a multilingual internet. If you want your name on production systems that matter, not another CRUD app for another client, this is where that happens.
