Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Create and maintain employee personnel files.
- Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and shift schedules.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Address attendance-related concerns and discrepancies.
4. Payroll Support
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Assist employees with payroll-related queries.
5. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Support disciplinary procedures and employee counseling.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
6. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Update organizational policies and HR documents.
7. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory processes.
- Maintain compliance-related records and reports.
8. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Support employee welfare initiatives.
9. HR Reporting & MIS
- Prepare HR MIS reports on recruitment, attrition, attendance, and manpower.
- Analyze HR data and provide reports to management.
- Maintain accurate HR metrics and records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
