What You'll Do
Stewards
- Deliver warm and attentive table service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
- Ensure an exceptional guest dining experience.
Guest Relations Executives (GRE)
- Welcome and engage guests with confidence and professionalism.
- Manage reservations, guest queries, and special requests.
- Handle guest feedback efficiently and ensure memorable experiences.
- Coordinate with service teams for seamless operations.
Bartenders
- Prepare and serve classic and signature beverages.
- Maintain bar hygiene, inventory, and operational standards.
- Recommend drinks and create engaging guest interactions.
- Ensure responsible beverage service and excellent bar experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Prior experience is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers with hospitality backgrounds are welcome.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
