Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage and execute high-quality interior projects for residential and commercial spaces. You will be the bridge between our design team and the on-site execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Execution: Supervise daily site activities and oversee the work of carpenters, painters, electricians, and other contractors to ensure it aligns perfectly with the design drawings.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, etc.) and finished work to meet company standards. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the timely delivery of materials and fixtures.
- Progress Tracking: Solve on-site problems quickly and provide daily or weekly progress updates to the project manager and clients.
- Timeline Management: Ensure the project stays on schedule and meets the handover deadline.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or site supervision.
- Skills: Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design layouts (AutoCAD/SketchUp knowledge is a strong plus).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, labor management, and communication skills.
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Interior Design is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
