About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer with proven experience in commercial fitouts to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in space planning, layout development, and technical drawing to deliver functional and aesthetically appealing commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop 2D layouts and space planning solutions for commercial environments (offices, retail stores, hospitality, etc.)
· Create detailed technical drawings and floor plans for commercial fitout projects
· Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions
· Conduct site visits to assess space conditions and ensure design feasibility
· Prepare design presentations, material boards, and concept visuals for client approvals
· Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications
· Coordinate with vendors and contractors during the execution phase to ensure design accuracy
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture,
· 2+ years of experience in commercial fitout projects
· Strong proficiency in 2D design software (AutoCAD is essential)
· Proficient in space planning and layout optimization for commercial spaces
· Excellent technical drawing skills with attention to detail
· Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for commercial use
· Strong communication and client-facing skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
