Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Career Counsellor who can conduct training sessions, provide one-to-one counselling, develop career guidance materials, and create new product and learning materials related to career development. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling skills, excellent English communication, deep career knowledge, and a background in psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-to-one career counselling sessions for students, graduates, and professionals.
- Conduct career guidance training sessions, workshops, and seminars for groups.
- Help individuals identify their strengths, interests, personality, and suitable career paths.
- Guide students and candidates on education options, career planning, skill development, and job opportunities.
- Develop and update career counselling materials, training content, worksheets, presentations, and educational resources.
- Create new product materials and career-related content for programs, workshops, and counselling services.
- Research career trends, industry requirements, new-age careers, higher education pathways, and future skills.
- Design structured counselling frameworks, assessment interpretation materials, and learner support resources.
- Work closely with the internal team to improve counselling processes and educational products.
- Maintain records of counselling sessions, progress, and feedback.
- Build trust and rapport with students, parents, and institutions through professional counselling support.

- Strong understanding of student psychology and decision-making behaviour.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of career counselling
- Strong knowledge of career guidance and counselling practices
- English language proficiency is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Career Counselling will be an added advantage
- Experience in conducting workshops, seminars, and training programs is preferred
- Experience in content development or educational product development is a plus
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in career counselling
- Must have a Psychology degree
- Must have strong spoken and written English
- Must have counselling expertise and career-related knowledge

Working Hours: Monday-Saturday (09:30AM To 05:45PM)
Salary & Incentives:
Ø ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Ø After 3 months 27000 (as per learning, attitude and sincerity)
