Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver client solutions.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Experience in IT/Tech/Services industry preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
