Pluch Designs is a growing premium label in women's western & fusion wear, known for our prints, custom sizing, and 48-hour dispatch. We're hiring a designer to own collections from concept to production-ready.
You'll:
- Design kurta sets, fusion & co-ord collections in our modern Indian luxury aesthetic
- Research trends, fabrics, prints & colour stories
- Build production-ready tech packs and oversee sampling
- Source fabrics/trims and work with the production team to keep our fast turnaround
You bring:
- Fashion Design degree from NIFT
- Must have Minimum 3 yrs experience in women's ethnic/fusion wear.
- Strong eye for silhouette, colour & print + solid construction knowledge
- Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; clear tech-pack skills
- A standout portfolio
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
