Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Assistant Manager – Client Relations.The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a front office or client-facing role, possess excellent English communication skills, and be proficient in preparing quotations and handling client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions professionally and build strong relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other business documents using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain timely communication.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating event-related activities.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Travel occasionally for client meetings and event coordination when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office,
Client Relations, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, especially quotation preparation.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Must own a mobile phone and laptop.
