Tyre Powder Production Supervisor
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor for our Tyre Powder Manufacturing Unit. The candidate should be capable of handling daily production activities, supervising labour workers, and ensuring smooth machine operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily tyre powder production operations (24 Mesh rubber powder)
- Handle and coordinate labour workers (Hindi language communication required)
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation of:
- Grinding Mill
- Conveyor System
- Vibrator Seive
- Conduct periodic machine inspection and basic maintenance coordination
- Ensure proper production quality and workflow
- Maintain attendance and salary/work updates of 4 workers
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards in the factory
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing/factory supervision preferred
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and production handling
- Ability to manage workers and daily factory activities
- Good reporting and coordination skills
- Responsible and disciplined candidate preferred
