Key Responsibilities
- Provide Onsite / Field support for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Servers and Network devices under AMC.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.).
- Handle break-fix support and component replacement.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty and spare part management.
- Maintain AMC asset inventory and service records.
- Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) is carried out as per schedule.
- Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, connectivity issues).
- Install and troubleshoot OS (Windows/Linux) and standard applications.
- Maintain proper documentation and service reports after each visit.
- Adhere to defined SLA and TAT for issue resolution.
- Provide user support and basic IT guidance to end-users.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows OS installation, drivers, and configuration.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, LAN, DHCP).
- Experience with printers and scanners troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle fieldwork and multiple client locations.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of AMC process, SLA compliance, and ticketing tools is preferred.
- Two wheeler Must and valid license.
