Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain interview trackers.
- Negotiate salary and issue offer letters.
- Coordinate joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Conduct joining formalities.
- Complete documentation and verification.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
- Create employee personnel files.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding process.
- Coordinate issuance of ID cards, laptops, email IDs, and access cards.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HRMS.
- Prepare appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, increment, and relieving letters.
- Update employee database.
- Maintain attendance records.
- Coordinate leave management.
- Handle employee queries.
4. HR Documentation
Prepare and maintain:
- Offer Letters
- Appointment Letters
- Confirmation Letters
- Promotion Letters
- Warning Letters
- Experience Letters
- Relieving Letters
- Increment Letters
- HR Policies
- Employee Handbook
- HR MIS Reports
5. Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Manage resignation process.
- Process Full & Final Settlement.
- Coordinate clearance formalities.
- Maintain exit records and reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
