Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor records and manage entry/exit registers
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Handle courier services, dispatch, and incoming deliveries
Requirements:
- 12th pass or relevant qualification
- Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Tally, MS Office, email handling, MS Excel)
- Pleasant personality with professional appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Working Hours:
9.00am to 4.00pm
3.00 pm to 9.30 pm
