About the Role
We are looking for result-oriented Field Marketing Executives to visit housing societies, build relationships with society office bearers, and generate leads for our services related to Society Formation, Conveyance Deed, Deemed Conveyance, Redevelopment, Handover Process, and other society-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned societies /Apartments for lead generation.
- Build relationships with committee members and residents.
- Promote our consultancy services.
- Identify Conveyance and Redevelopment opportunities.
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Coordinate follow-ups with the internal team.
Requirements
- Good communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable and familiar about Pune City and nearby area.
- Experience in field marketing, sales, real estate, or business development preferred
- Must have Two-wheeler and driving license
- Must know English, Hindi, and Marathi Languages
- Pune-based candidates preferred
- Minimum qualification -Bachelor's degree in any stream
Working Days-
Monday to Saturday
Working Hours -
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
